maker has been fined a record $2.3 Billion Dollars by US regulators for
fraudulent marketing. It was trying to sell drugs for uses not approved by

"When a drug is marketed or promoted for
non-authorized, so-called off-label uses, any use not approved by the FDA as
was the case here, public health maybe at risk,"
"And there is a real danger for patients
that the medical providers who prescribed the medicine or the device aren't
provided with, don't have full information about the drug's risks and
benefits."
Hence, Pfizer paid the fines to settle criminal
and civil allegations that it illegally sold four drugs for uses not
approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This was their fourth
time this company settled government charges in the last decade.

his TV shows that he would do "the exact opposite" of what our
government recommended and acknowledged that he wouldn't take the vaccine
because "you don't know if this is going to cause neurological damage
like it did in the 1970s"
On his radio show, Rush
said: "Screw you, Ms. Sebelius;" referring to Secretary of Health
and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius. "I'm not going to take it
precisely because you're now telling me I must." Later, he continued:
"The next time you hear, 'The government says...' don't believe it.
You'll be healthier, trust me."
Swine flu skepticism demands deft

Douglas Horne's new book - "Inside the ARRB" to be sold on Amazon in Dec
2009. He worked on the book for 13 years. Mr. Home worked on the
staff of the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records
Review Board (ARRB) from August of 1995 through September
of 1998, during the last three years of that temporary Federal
agency's four year lifespan. He was hired as a Senior Analyst on the
Military Records Team, and was promoted to the position of Chief
Analyst for Military Records about halfway into his tour of duty
there.
The ARRB was created by the JFK Records
Act of 1992, which itself was a Congressional response to the
controversy stirred up by Oliver Stone's 1991 film, JFK.
The JFK Act charged Federal agencies and Congress with conducting
a search for any and all records related to the assassination
of President Kennedy, and directed them to deposit all records
(that could be opened in full) in a new collection at the
National Archives, the JFK Records Collection.
(That collection is located at Archives II, at College Park,
Maryland.) The first open (i.e., fully declassified)
records were deposited in the Archives in 1993 by
the agencies which created them, before the ARRB even existed.
